What challenges or opportunities do you anticipate as you continue to integrate this experience?
How can you stay grounded as you move through the different phases of transformation?
The 6 Stages of Conscious Change as part of Energetic Transformation*: Moving through full awareness and feeling, coming into the desire to change, then the willingness to change, which brings you immediately to new choices, creating new habits, and continuing along through the cycle with the grace of knowing it’s a journey through continued integration and refinement.
What are you desiring to change in your life at this time?
What needs to shift to empower you to make those desired changes now?
What are you willing to change in your life at this time? (hint: you’ll know you’re at willingness to change because a new choice will immediately present itself to you to be made.)
What are the new choices presenting themselves?
What new habits do the new choices create?
This framework allows you to deeply explore your psychedelic experience across several key dimensions, helping you identify patterns, emotions, insights, and actionable steps. It also facilitates the integration process by grounding you in the physical, emotional, and practical aspects of transformation. I wish you well on your journey!
